What to expect when you work with Exact Property Management:

Work closely with the Board, to aid and facilitate Board functions and decisions
Attend Board meetings
Obtain work order bids. Present to the Board for approval
Collect Condos fees – Detailed monthly summary on fees status.
Assist the Board with project requests
Liaison between attorney, town officials, and accounting as needed.
Provide notices to Owners and Tenants
Prepare budget for Board approval

Strong Communication & Oversight of Community Issues

Post signs and posters as needed
Provide monthly managers report for each Board meeting
Frequent visits through the property for ‘eyes on’
Track complaints
Send violations notices when needed, we treat this delicately and with diplomacy
Free property market analysis to all property owners upon request
